01Who we are and what we offer
These terms govern Tarsis, provided by Tarsis LLC through tarsis.pro, app.tarsis.pro and the Tarsis iOS app. You can contact us at support@tarsis.pro.
Tarsis is a personal wellbeing tracking tool. It lets you record body temperature, resting pulse, food, energy, sleep and activity, and view trends and indicative analyses. Some features require a subscription.
By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. The conditions for an individual purchase are shown before you confirm it.
02Wellbeing information, not medical care
Tarsis is not a medical product and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Its indicators, scores, nutrition estimates, goals and AI responses are for information and personal tracking.
Estimates may be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee health outcomes. Consult a qualified professional before making medical decisions, changing treatment or following suggestions that may affect your health. Tarsis is not intended for emergencies.
03Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account under the Tarsis access terms. You must obtain the permission of your legal representative where the law requires it. To use optional AI features, you must also meet the provider’s age and eligibility requirements.
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the content you enter and for having permission to share it. Do not send other people’s information without authorization.
04Artificial intelligence features
AI features are optional and require your permission before information is sent to Google Gemini through Tarsis services. Depending on the feature, this includes your messages, selected images or documents, and relevant information from your profile and records.
You can withdraw permission in Profile → Privacy and continue using manual tracking. Withdrawal stops new AI requests from that account on that device; it does not automatically delete information already sent.
Review responses before using them. AI can misinterpret images, estimate quantities incorrectly or answer questions inaccurately. Availability, usage limits and included features are shown in the app.
05Plans, prices and renewal
Tarsis offers free features and paid features through Tarsis Pro. The price, billing period, applicable taxes and any offer are shown on the purchase screen. Availability may vary by country, platform and eligibility.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the provider used for your purchase. Any available trial or promotional offer is subject to the terms shown before confirmation. When a promotional period ends, the stated renewal price applies unless you cancel in time.
- iOS purchases: Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. Manage renewal or cancel in your Apple subscription settings.
- Web subscriptions managed through Stripe: use Profile → Manage your plan to access the relevant billing controls. Tarsis does not store your full card details.
- If you have active subscriptions with more than one provider, manage each separately. Deleting the app or your Tarsis account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
06Cancellations and refunds
Cancel before renewal if you do not want to pay for the next period. Access to a paid subscription normally continues until the end of the purchased period, subject to the terms of any offer or refund.
Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its conditions and applicable law. For a web subscription or billing issue, contact support@tarsis.pro.
We do not offer refunds for unused periods unless required by law or the purchase provider’s terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights to withdrawal, refunds or warranties.
07Your records and privacy
Your journal is saved on the device or browser you use. Local storage is not a backup and does not guarantee synchronization with other devices. Clearing browser data, uninstalling the app or losing your device may cause you to lose your records.
Account and subscription information is handled through our services and providers. When you authorize and use AI, information needed for that request leaves your device. Our Privacy policy explains this processing and your choices.
You can start account deletion from Profile. Contact us if you need help requesting erasure of information. Manage active subscriptions separately before deleting your account.
08Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use Tarsis for your personal tracking in accordance with these terms. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security controls or usage limits, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service.
Tarsis design, branding, code and content belong to Tarsis LLC or their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership to you. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission or a legal basis that permits it. You retain your rights in the content you provide.
09Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or provider incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or particular health outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions based solely on the app’s indicative information, use contrary to these terms or loss of local records caused by your device. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
10Using the iOS app
The license for the app distributed through the App Store is subject to Apple’s standard end user license agreement where applicable. These terms describe the Tarsis service and do not replace Apple’s terms for purchases and use of the App Store.
11Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 15 days in advance. Where the law requires express acceptance, we will request it.
